For Release: February 28th, 2022

We’re excited to announce we’ve tapped a seasoned Chief Financial Officer to join Fluid Truck’s leadership team as we plan for another year of rapid growth across the U.S.

Scott Bruckner will join us as Fluid Truck’s first Chief Financial Officer. Fluid Truck is a nationwide truck-sharing platform. We’re currently active in dozens of markets across the U.S. and we’re projected to expand to an additional 41 cities in 2022 alone.

About Scott Bruckner

Bruckner brings over two decades of global experience to the role. He most recently served as the Chief Financial Officer at Casa Systems, a publicly-traded communications equipment company. As the CFO of Casa Systems, Bruckner ran a global finance team, managed the company’s IPO and debt financings. Additionally, Bruckner led the company’s strategic, mergers and acquisitions, and investor relations activities. Over his career, Bruckner has provided financial leadership as a senior partner at emerging, high-growth, and established technology and financial services companies, including Morgan Stanley, Perella Weinberg Partners and Macquarie Capital.

“I couldn’t be more excited to be joining the Fluid Truck team,” said Scott Bruckner.  “I look forward to working with the talented and energized team of professionals, who are building a high-growth business in a global market that is hungry for the solutions that Fluid Truck provides. I’m grateful for the opportunity to leverage my finance and strategic expertise to contribute to the next phase of Fluid Truck’s growth.”

“Scott Bruckner’s immense knowledge and experience will be a huge asset to our team as we embark on another year of tremendous expansion. As we continue to grow Fluid’s footprint and service offering, Scott will serve as an integral part to help us transform mobility for businesses,” said James Eberhard, Founder and CEO of Fluid Truck.
