This month’s Employee Spotlight centers on Cintia S. Cintia is our Swag Coordinator and works in Buenos Aires, Argentina.

What’s your favorite part of your job?

The people! My team is amazing. We work really closely to achieve goals. Working at Fluid makes me feel like I’m part of something really big.

What motivates you at work?

Success motivates me. I feel excited about what I do, and I find meaning and purpose in my work so it motivates me every day.

Where can we find you when the work day is done?

I like to visit museums and exhibitions, especially photography exhibitions. On the weekends, you’ll find me at any cool event happening in Buenos Aires.

What’s the worst job you ever had?

I used to work as a telemarketer in Spanish. This was one of my first jobs and I was very young. I worked the night shift and unfortunately most of the callers we got weren’t really buyers but they were insomniacs. We weren’t allowed to hang up on callers so I was just sitting there listening and listening and listening to people telling me random stories. I lasted one entire month at that job.

Tell us something unique about your family.

We are a group of four Jewish women consisting of my mom, my sister, my niece and my wife. When we get together we can’t hear each other because we’re all competing to tell stories. It’s a constant battle on who can be the loudest.

What’s your superpower of choice?

If I had one superpower it would be flying. I love freedom! I watch birds and I think, “wow that must feel amazing!”

If you could have dinner with three people (dead or alive) who would you invite?

I’d pick Andy Warhol, Dorothea Lange, and Nan Goldin. It would be an amazing conversation. I’d serve French fries for dinner.

What would you tell someone who wants to come work at Fluid Truck?

I would say we have an amazing group of people. If you join us, you’ll be part of something huge and unique.
